So, I’m still up at 3:30 in the morning because I can’t sleep because, guess what? At around 5 pm yesterday, I started getting a scratchy throat and then around 9 or 10 pm…WHAM!! I get hit with dizziness, feeling achy all over, freezing my butt off when it is 71° outside and all I had on in my bedroom was ONE fan! Also, my eyes and my mind weren’t focusing very well. When I DID finally find my thermometer, I was running 100° fever.
It feels like my fever has gone down now, but I have a headache and I am hurting in my arm and ribs really bad, like usual. The problem is I only have the Ibuprofen left. What was helping me was the combination of the Ibuprofen and the muscle relaxers together, but I’m out of the muscle relaxers. Luckily I see my doctor in 11 1/2 hours. I can bring up everything that’s going on.
I can’t seem to catch a break at all, can I? My dogs were snuggling against me when I was freezing cold, thankfully, but I still felt really cold. And then I ended up having to turn everything back on because I started getting hot. I hate fevers. It used to be so hard for me to get one. Now I get one almost every time I get sick. Wish me luck at the doctor’s office later. I’m now going to try to get some sleep. Hope everyone has a great day. Keep smiling, y’all!
